2. Copper plate tin plating

Advantages: The process is mature. The operation cycle is short and commonly used. Disadvantages: The surface is dark for a long time, and it can't be done by human hands. Not environmentally friendly!

Process: surface polishing and oil removal pretreatment → pure water washing → plating high Pb-Sn alloy tap water washing → pure water washing → tin plating → tap water spray washing → neutralization (Na2HPO4 + Na3PO4) → tap water spray → dip stearic acid → Tap water spray → hot pure water dipping → drying.

3. Copper row coating protection agent

Advantages: Maintain the original color of the copper row, which is slightly lower than the tin plating cost. Disadvantages: Long operating cycle.

Process: pre-polishing treatment → pure water washing → pickling passivation of workpiece → drying moisture → JLR-510 protection treatment → flowing water cleaning → hot water immersion (about 100 ° C, to be used for workpiece heating, the purpose is to let the water evaporate or Dry) → dry → package closed.
